IT Customer Support (m/w/d)

Do you enjoy working with international companies? IT expertise and a high level of service orientation completes your profile?
Ideally, you have completed apprenticeship in the IT sector and/or have practical work experience? Then become part of the Picavi family.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer support for questions and problems, as well as troubleshooting for first and second level support
  • Interface between our customers and our development department
  • Hardware and software preparation
  • Individual qualitative and structural expansion of customer support, including creation of documentation of all important KPIs such as picks per hour, picks per location, etc.

Skills:

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship in the IT sector and/or practical experience, ideally in IT support
  • Ideally first experience in dealing with ticket systems
  • High affinity for hardware, software and technology
  • Confident appearance and good communication skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel for occasional on-site visits
  • driving license class B
