Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) – DACH

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales success for the DACH region
  • Qualification of new leads and acquisition of new customers through business analysis and customer evaluation in line with the business strategy
  • Development and maintenance of strong and professional customer relationships
  • Promotion of our technologies and products and contribute to the customer related integration process
  • Development of customer-specific sales action plans
  • Responsibility for the sales and offer process including demos and workshops
  • Leading the negotiation of contracts with our customers
  • Representation at national and international trade fairs, congresses and sector events
  • Close cooperation with the business development, marketing and development departments

Your skills:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or an equivalent degree
  • At least 5 years´ experience, ideally in sales of complex products/components requiring explanation
  • High level of commitment and ability to work independently, result-oriented and as a team player
  • Negotiation skills, strong dealmaking ability, power of persuasion and strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to understand the business processes within the logistics sector, and the solution’s functional coverage together with the technology used
  • Goal-oriented, proactive way of working combined with a high level of implementation strength and entrepreneurial action
  • Willigness to travel throughout Europe
  • Very good written and spoken German and English. Any other language would be an advantage
